The annual ELPA21 assessment will take place at the elementary schools on March 26th and April 2nd. The dates for middle and high schools will be posted soon. This year, the state of Washington is allowing parents to opt-out of ELPA21 if they deem it unsafe for their child due to the pandemic. Please contact Evelyn Modahl with your child's name and grade level by phone at 360-618-6216 or via email at emodahl@asd.wednet.edu if you would like to opt-out your child.

2021-2022 KINDERGARTEN AND NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
To register your new student please go to our district website asd.wednet.edu
Click on the link: For Families, then For Parents, then choose
New Student Registration, and follow the instructions.
All New Student Enrollment requires a proof of residency to be downloaded in the attachments, and a certified birth certificate copy for new kindergarten students should be downloaded.
We can print any Washington State Immunization records from the state website.
For Out of State Immunizations, a doctor signature or print out from a clinic is required.
All students must be up to date with immunizations prior to school entry. If your kindergarten student needs one more set of shots and are not due until summer, you may still register them.

School Supplies
Arlington School recognizes that purchasing school supplies has been an increasing demand for our families and a financial hardship for some. Since we ask for community support for our schools through levies and other fundraising activities, school supplies including supplies to complete class projects at home, will be provided by our school as follows:
Elementary
· Classroom supplies are provided, including any materials needed to complete class assigned projects at home. While students/families may choose to use additional items from home for class projects, a student can earn the highest possible grade with materials supplied by school
· Backpacks recommended
Families who wish to make a monetary or item donation may do so to their school’s office.
