Mrs. Larsen-Gray

Welcome to Mrs. Larsen-Gray's Home Page

I was born in England, and have lived in Washington State since 1984. I moved to Arlington in 1993 and have been teaching in the Arlington School District since that time. I have taught Kindergarten and have been teaching first grade at Kent Prairie since

A little about myself, I was born and raised in England, this is why I have an accent. I have lived in the USA for the past 29 years, 20 of those years in Arlington with my husband Ryan and my two sons, Justin and Bailey. I have been teaching in Arlington since 1993 and I am now going into my 17th year teaching first grade at Kent Prairie. I enjoy keeping busy by working out at the gym and gardening. As a family, we enjoy watching and playing soccer and heading to the mountains in the winter for skiing and snowboarding.

Our story for the week is Sleep is For Everyone.  This is a nonfiction story about the importance of sleep. Next week will be our last spelling test for the year.

We are learning about shapes in math.  Ask you child if they know what vertices are?
